New Mexico Drug Rehab and Addiction Treatment

ALBUQUERQUE, New Mexico (AP) - An Albuquerque New Mexico woman has pleaded guilty to charges of obtaining a prescription drug with a fraudulent prescription.

U.S. Attorney Kenneth Gonzales' office said 35-year-old Dolores Centeno entered her pleas last week before U.S. Magistrate Alan Torgerson to charges of acquiring a controlled substance through fraudulent means and attempting to obtain it through fraudulent means.

Gonzales said Centeno was arrested in October after a New Mexico Rio Rancho pharmacy technician contacted police and the New Mexico Board of Pharmacy after determining she was trying to obtain hydrocodone by fraudulent means.

Federal prosecutors say she admitted in a plea agreement to obtaining hydrocodone with fraudulent prescriptions four times and trying to obtain it in October.

No sentencing date has been set.
